How can I stop printing a receipt whenever I print anything in Microsoft Word.

Whenever I print anything in Office Word 2007, I get a last page receipt, with Filename, Directory, Template, Title, subject, author etc etc. Can anyone help me, dont know how I managed to get this, just started happening, so something I have done.

Clear the option to "Print document properties" in the Display category of the Word Options dialog box.
