How can I change the size of one individual cell?

I want to change the size of one cell on the second page of an Excel spreadsheet. How can I do that without changing all the cell sizes.

    You can't... All cells in a row must be the same height, all cells in a column must be the same width. You can 'improvise' by merging cells, but doing so typically causes more problems than it resolves.

    yep, the only way is to merge some cells.

    and even if it could be possible to resize one cell then that cell will cross over the cell next to it. and that is awful )
