Double spacing means that there is space between two lines of text equivalent to the height of a text line. A quick way to apply double spacing format to existing text or enable it for text you are about to type is to press the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+2. You can also select double spacing using Home | Styles | Change Styles | Paragraph Spacing | Double.

This has helped me very much.  It is very hard when you are new to doing things like this and no one to help me.  Thank-you very much.  Now that I know where to come for help , I will certainly ask for more help.  This has helped me what it is and also how to do it.

    Thank-you again.
