I need help in figuring out how to remove a blank document after an envelope.  The "add envelope" function is nice, but I want JUST the envelope and no blank sheet after it.  Thanks!

    Try this:

Press Ctrl+Home to go to the top of the envelope.

Activate the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.

Click the little arrow in the lower right corner of the Page Setup section.

Click OK without changing anything. If Word complains about margins, click Ignore.

Press Ctrl+End to go to the blank page.

Press Ctrl+Y or F4 to "redo" the page setup. The blank page should now be in envelope format too.

On the Home tab of the ribbon, make sure that the Show/Hide ¶ button is "on" (highlighted)

Finally, delete the section break at the end of the text on the envelope. This will remove the blank page.

Go in to "Show" mode, use the <CTL><Shf><8> (toggle) shortcut to display hidden characters. Go to the end of the document. Look for a page break or next page section break delete it.

Simply deleting the section break will mess up the page setup of the envelope...

I followed the instructions perfectly. STILL TWO PAGES (OR AN ENVELOPE AND A PAGE)! I just want to make some envelope files so that I can print out an envelope for each person when I need them, without the extra page. Oh help...
