I want to embed a two videos into a slide, and play both of them automatically while presenting. The purpose is to compare two videos.

I embedded two videos and set the playback option "Automatically" , but when I test it in presentation mode, only one video plays at a time.

Is there a way to play two videos at the same time as I switch page?

Thank you for your help!

Setting video to play "Automatically" in the ribbon sets the videos to play "After previous" by default( ie one after the other.)

Open the Animation pane from ANIMATION tab and set both to "With previous" see if that helps.

    Video playing IS an animation.

If you are clciking the video to start it though you have triggered animation

You need to set up the animation pane like this

    Trigger: Video 1

    Video1 play With previous

    Video 2 Play With previous

That is both play animations under the same trigger and set to WITH previous

This did not work out at all. This did absolutely nothing. I absolutely need the answer to this question for I need to turn in a film with a short deadline.

Are you putting them both on the same slide?  PowerPoint can only show one slide at a time.
