how can i do a screen shot on a laptop of the calculator? i need the screenshots for a report

    1. With the Calculator open and in the foreground (e.g. top window), press Alt+PrtScr (e.g. Alt+Print Screen).
    2. Tap the Windows key and type paint then hit <enter>.
    3. Tap Ctrl+V (e.g. Paste) then immediately click Crop to ensure that you do not have boundary spill-over.
    4. Resize it if desired.
    5. Save the image and insert it into your report as you would any other image.

    Although it's always a good idea to have a screenshot saved outside the document as a graphic file, it should probably be added that you can paste it directly into Word. Since the calculator fills its window (at least in Windows XP), the screenshot doesn't need cropping.
