Convert an Excel document into an interactive web form

I currently have an Excel document (form that can be filled out by users to order equipment) and I would like to transform this document/form into a web form on which users will be able to insert the informations as if they were in the Excel document.

Can this be done?

    There's a software that does exactly that! Spreadsheetweb can transform your Excel spreadsheets into full scale web applications with database integration and user management support.

    This works based on the principle of hosting your spreadsheet on a server machine and mimicking its features by the software.

    Users are going to be able to access a predefined area of your spreadsheet and enter data. All spreadsheet calculations and data will be working in the background. This essentially allows you to push anything you can create in Excel, to the web. 

    Collected data can then be extracted for reporting and completed 'forms' can be accessed through Spreadsheetweb's web interface. You can even integrate a workflow, where you can label completed orders or approved quotes.
