Error on Samsung ML-1610 Series Printer

When I try to print an excel worksheet. I received this printer message "error on Samsung ML-1610 Series on NeO2:"  How can I fix this problem?

Are you able to print from other programs, like Word or note pad?

Try to change your default printer and check if everything works fine. If yes then you need to update the print driver, or contact your printer manufacturer to uninstall and reinstall the print driver as there might be some corruption in the print driver.

Note: You may use ‘Microsoft XPS Document Writer’ as default.
