Is SKU 269-14964 the part number for the 1-pc or 1-user/2-pc license for Office 2010 Pro?

I'm trying to determine whether I have the right version of Office Pro 2010. The box does not say whether it is the 1-pc version or the 1-user/2-pc license. The MS Office site and Store don't list SKUs, so I have no way to determine whether I've obtained the right version. The copy I have is labeled SKU -269-14964 - is that the 1-user/2-pc version? How could one tell?

"Idiots 'r Us" is MS's big secret ... <grin>

The Product keys for all "big-ugly-stupid-yellow-plastic-CD-Box Retail" versions of Office software all allow 1 user, 2 pc installation. (Office Home and Student is the only exception. It allow 3 separate user concurrent installations.)  This type of license also allows you to transfer installations to new computers.

The new "Product Key Card" allows installation on only 1 computer. Period! No transfer to new hardware. When the hardware dies (even same day as install), so does the Product Key Card license.

My personal recommendation is always to AVOID the PKC like the plague unless you are willing to gamble and lower price is an absolute over-riding concern. Too many people jump at the PKC discount, and then are dismayed when their hardware dies and is replaced under waranty, but they are stuck with having to buy a new Office License (hopefully they learned their lesson and go with a retail license this time).

Or are all Office Pro copies on disk the 1-user/2-pc version (as the license seems to imply), while the 1-pc license only applies to the keycard version?

This is a pretty simple question, but staff at the MS store won't say what the answer is, which seems idiotic. If MS wants to keep what 3rd parties are selling a secret, why not just explicitly charge $25 extra for clarity?
