Original Title: 4 copies to one page

I created a postcard 4.25 x 5.5in Word 10. I used many text boxes and jpegs. How do copy and paste to get 4 of the same document on one page?

Alternatively, in Publisher you can create a single postcard image and print it 4-up using the "Postcard" (1/4 page Letter) setting in Page Setup.

Frankly with very great difficulty, if starting from a standard document.

It would be better to create a label format. Avery's 8387 format is the appropriate size. Copy the data from your document to the first cell of the table and then use the macro at the end of http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm to transfer the information to the remaining cells.

Text boxes are best avoided - especially if you plan to use mail merge with these postcards.
