How do I remove a split on an existing spreadsheet?

How do I remove a split on an existing Excel spreadsheet?  Can't find toolbar at top of page for that.

    Double-click the split bar, or drag it to the top or left of the sheet, as appropriate.

    Hi,

    double click in the split bar, in the toolbar is under View, in the window section, you will find split

    In Excel 2010, to remove the split and see all the tabs again, go into view tab, window area, (split is highlighted), click on new window and the split will be gone!
