Is this happening with one particular file or all files?

What is the extension of the file you are trying to open?

Did you get it as a zip file? If yes, then change the zip extension to xlsx and then try to open the file.

When do you get these messages? What happens after the messages appear?

Can you upload one of the files to a filesharing site and paste the link here or mail it to me?
