I am using the standard calendar which has Saturday and Sunday set as non-working days. In the Gantt chart view I do not want to see 7 days ofthe week displayed. I want to see only Monday to Friday. How can I do this? At the moment I can only highlight Saturday and Sunday to show that they are non-working days. I would like to remove them altogether.

I'm sorry, that is not possible in the Gantt chart view. While you can zoom out to show less detail, removing the two days from the view is not possible.
The Calendar view does have a 5-day option, but not the Gantt chart view.
