I am having issues opening up certain word.docs, where there was no issues with 2010.  Since I have not received solution, I want to uninstall.  Can someone help me with this, as it is not in any of my programs.  Thanks

How do I remove just the Outlook and Access from the installation on my PC. I do not get to do that from the Control panel as the Change option just gives me option to repair and uninstall complete office. Please help

You can uninstall new Office by doing the following:

Office 365 Home Premium: Go to www.office.com/myaccount and then, in the Current PC Installs section, click deactivate. Then, to remove Office entirely, go to your PC’s Control Panel and uninstall it.

Other Office 365 plans: Log into your account at www.office365.com to manage your installations, including deactivating Office. If you want to remove Office applications completely from your computer, you must uninstall Office from your PC’s Control Panel.

Which Office bundle did you buy? Did you get Office 365 or a local install of 2013?

If it is one of the 365 offerings there is nothing to do. 365 is setup in the "click to run" virtual computer environment.  You cannot "uninstall" (or install) individual apps. It is the all or nothing situation that Aravinda described.

If it is a local install, then in theory you should be able to follow the same process as was used in 2010

Install or remove individual Office programs and components

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access-help/install-or-remove-individual-office-programs-and-components-HA010354261.aspx

Mine is Professional Plus from the HUP (Home user program) install. A small downloader was downloaded and installation was done automatically without giving me any options.

In the programs and features (add and remove programs) I do not have any option of removing any particular application, but there is an uninstall all option.

There should be an option labelled Add or Remove Features (according to the article at http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access-help/install-or-remove-individual-office-programs-and-components-HA010354261.aspx?CTT=1). Are you saying that it's missing from your installation?
