I have ms office 2010 & I am trying to print labels for Avery label nbrs 5195, 5160, 5161, 5162,& 5267.  None of these show up in the label templates available in MS Word 2010, so I need to know what templates are comparable, so I am not wasting time and money to print labels.

All of those label numbers are available in the Word 2010 Label Options dialog. What may be confusing you is that the dialog's list is in "alphabetic" order and not in numeric order. That is, all the numbers, both four-digit and five-digit, that begin with '1' are listed first, followed by all the ones that begin with '2', and so on. Go to the end of the section that starts with '4' and then scroll down a few more clicks.

Also, you must select "Avery US Letter" in the Label Vendors dropdown to get the right list in the Product Number box.

If you have that many labels to create, and they're all different, your best alternative is to put the information into a Word table or an Excel worksheet, and then use the mail merge feature to create the labels (http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm and http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm). This has the advantage of making it much easier to maintain the list as entries come and go.

If you still prefer to enter items manually, start with the one-page document created by the Labels dialog. When the cursor is in the empty table, click Table Tools > Select > Select Table (or click the little square next to the top left corner of the table) and copy the table to the clipboard. Then press Ctrl+End to move the cursor below the table, press Enter once (which creates another page), and paste the table onto the second page. Repeat the Ctrl+End > Enter > paste until you have as many pages as you need.

If you just need lots of pages of the same label, make up the labels on the one page. Then, in the File > Print page, set the number of copies to the desired number of pages.

This is what I see in my copy of Word 2010:

If you still don't see it, you may need to do a repair of the Office installation (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/project-help/repair-office-programs-HA010357402.aspx).

The other way is to choose another product number with the same dimensions, such as 5160. The Avery site (http://www.avery.com) will tell you which ones match, and this particular shape is a very common one.

Thank you for your help, I find the labels 5161 I was looking for.   Now I need to know how to add more pages in the same document of same labels; I need almost 10 more pages.   Thank you

Hi, no, those labels are not in there, specifically not 5195.
