Removing MULTIPLE hyperlinks in Office Mac 2011

Actually The answer is Correct, but he inadvertently left off the part about using the FN key for Laptops.

All anyone has to do to make keyboard work where Function Keys act like Function Keys  instead of shortcuts to various system Tweaks is to do as follows:

The when you type in as he had answered it will work correctly.

• As long as OSX has been around it is usually set so Funtion keys actually do system task such adjust Brightness of Display.
• Brightness of keyboard lighting in Dark Room.
• Contrast
• Volume up and down.
• Mute volume.
• And so on.

 To fix so it acts Like answer was intended:

1. Go to  menu.
2. Click Keyboard.
3. The above control panel (shown in this screenshot)  appears.
4. Normally use all F1, F2, etc keys as standard Function Keys.... Is unchecked.
5. Check this item on.

how do I remove multiple hyperlinks in MAC 2011 (used to be control + 6). I know how to remove them one by one but that is not effective for a document with hundreds of links
