How to enable synonyms in word

Hi,

When am using Ms Word 2010, after typing a word  and trying to get synonyms of that word, it is not giving any list of synonyms.

Every time it is searching though online.

Previously when i used Ms Office 2007, it used to show me instantly i mean not through searching online.

Please help me on this.

    Hi 2 all,

    I got the solution by adding more features of proofing:

    Steps are like:

    Go to Add/Remove programs select Ms Word version & click on change:

    select ADD/ REMOVE FEATURES, then click CONTINUE...

    then select OFFICE SHARED FEATURES:

    in the list select PROOFING TOOLS

    Select RUN ALL MY COMPUTER  & click NEXT.

    it will take couple of minutes for the installation .

    click FINISH & now open word...

    There you get the synonyms.

    Njoy....

    If you are using Word on Windows 7, click Start menu | Control Panel. For "View by," choose "Small icons," and then click the Programs and Features icon. Locate Office in the list of programs, select it, and click Change. Follow the instructions.

    thanks suaveshiva. It really works. I dont know why MS did not mention on the description when we customize the office 2010 installation. I single clicked on the feature and no description on the thing so I also unchecked it to save space for my HDD.
