How can I change the Task Type to Fixed Duration for multiple tasks simultaenously. I need to change approximately 700 Tasks and when I select them all and attempt to change their task type, all the tasks are not changed. Is there a more efficient means of changing these tasks other than one by one. NB: When I attempt this I do not have summary tasks highlighted.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would use the Multiple Task Information dialog.  Select the tasks, click the Tasks tab, select the Information button in the Properties group, click the advanced tab and make the change.

I hope this helps.
