    Your best bet is to find a MAC and print it out to PDF or SAVE AS to a format that the PC will handle.

    "Google is your friend",

    I found this answer in less than a minute, granted, I don't know how good it is ... <grin>

    I am dredging up this old thread because yesterday, I personally faced this problem.

    1. Right click the .pages file and select properties
    2. Change the extension .pages to .zip
    3. Right click and Open the file (there may be several directories and maybe thumbnails, if graphics is involved)
    4. Open the Quicklook folder
    5. Open the preview.pdf file

    Not only was I able to view the file sent and print it out but the graphics was correct and the formatting was retained.

    </snip>

    The other alternative is to google for ".pages file converter". There are tools on the net that at the very least will extract text from the file for you.

    The "change file extension" fix worked great.  Thanks for the awesome advice.
