    Tres preguntas sin respuestas de algo tan sencillo como descargar algo que se compró... En mi caso compré una tarjeta de cartón en una papelería, pagué y ahora no hay cómo descargar. No hay cómo instalar y en la tarjeta no hay instrucciones.

    Three questions with no answer with something as simple as downloading something you already paid. I bought a cardboard that says Office 365 in some store and there are no instructions on how to download.
