Creating Gantt without starting date

Hi,

I need to create a Gantt in Project 2010 setting as start date a t0, still undefined, date. I do not want Project 2010 to show any date on the Gantt.  I already changed the grid display on Gantt to show W1, W2,..., Wn instead of dates, but near the milestones there is still displayed the milestone's date.

Is there a way to indicate to Project that the start date is still not defined and that is must show a Gantt chart relative to a generic t0 time?

Thank you.

Click in the timescale and then select the Format context tab.  Select Date Format.  At the bottom of the menu is an option to hide or display Task Dates.  You can also change the format of the date to show week and day.

You  can remove the milestone date by editing the bar style and removing the date.  Right click in the gantt chart and choose, Bar Styles.

Alternatively, you could change the display of the date format of the milestones through formatting the layout.  Right click, choose Layout.

Thanks. What do you suggest for the timeline window?

    Thanks in advance.
