How do I remove the "helping box" when typing korean?

It appears when I construct syllables, and I have to type the signs in that one before they appear in Word itself. The box appears in the top left corner, and I can't click on it, because it disappear if I do.

Not experienced this before. (It's word 2010.)

(It's a small box with a green arrow at the side)

Best regards

Chris

    1. Do you have Korean language pack or Korean language interface pack installed on your computer?
    2. Which is the default language set in Word (Review, Language, and Set Proofing Language)?

Click on Review, Spelling & Grammar, uncheck 'Check Grammar' and close the Spelling and Grammar' checking window and see if it helps.

If the issue still persists, upload screen shot of the help window to better assist you:
