I know with Microsoft word and Adobe Acrobat reader, I am able to limit the selection of text to only the areas I want by pressing the alt button while selecting text. Is there a similar function in onenote? There are many instances where I don't want to select the entire row and want to work with just a portion of text. I amh not interested in creating a table or anything like that.
Thank you.

Thanks. I didn't think so either. It is quite strange how powerful onenote is yet it is missing a number of what I consider to be, very basic functions.
