    Hi Heidi,

When you say Access 2010 viewer, are you referring to Access 2010 Runtime?  If so, Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime has been available for a while now and can be downloaded from the site listed below:

    Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime - http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=10910

Would love to know when the Access 2010 viewer will be available - anyone know? I have created a database in Access 2010 at work but only I have a license so none of my colleagues can access it - any ideas are very welcome. Many thanks, Heidi

While there is a report viewer that one can use to view reports created in Access, if you send reports to someone who you don't know if they have Access, then send it as a PDF. Access 2010 can output directly to PDF.

If you want someone to be able to USE an Access app that you wrote the Access Runtime version can be used for that.
