Print only prints one copy no matter how many multiple copes I enter.  I have entered up to 50 copies and it keeps printing only one copy. Why and what can I do to fix the problem? I have re booted the system a number of times and all selections seems to be OK. I have only had the problem since installing M/S Office 2010.

Disable Mopier mode - this mode is used when the printer has an EIO hard disk installed. If the printer doesn’t have one, it will only print one copy.

    1. Open the (Devices and) Printers Control Panel.
    2. Right-click on the printer, and choose (Printer) Properties.
    3. Click the Device Settings tab.
    4. Scroll to the bottom of the list, and change “Mopier Mode” to “Disabled”, then click OK.

I tried this and it worked since my device settings tab did not have a "mopier Mode"

I disabled the "allow multiple duplexing" tab

Try to change the default printer driver to a different printer driver like generic or XPS printer and see how it works. If it works fine with a different printer then you have update or reinstall the printer driver.

Refer the link on how to change the default printer diver:-

Did you fix the problem. I have installed a new HP Laserjet 1212 on Windows7 32bit and started to have the same problem. I can print multiple copies from Acrobat reader but not from Excel and Word. ( MS Office 2010 ), so I do not think that it is a driver problem. Tried a repair on office but no change. Anyone with a fix for this?

Check the printer manufacturer's website for an updated printer driver.
