If I click ctrl+home, the cursor moves to the start of the document (top left corner of first page).

How do I jump to the start (usually the top left corner) of any page in a document?

    Indignant,

Pressing F5 brings up the Find dialog, type page number, press enter.

At the “Find” button drop down arrow choose “Go to” and then “Page” and then page number. This will bring you to the top of the page requested.
