I have been trying for years to find a standard form to print a check on a pre-printed check form.  The check is 6" x 2 3/4".  Can some one please help me.

Thanks

Jack

I am not able to find any relevant information...

Try tweaking the margins on the printing area and check

There is no standard form because printed checks are not standard (compare checks from different  banks or different check printers). You might do better to order printable checks, which will come with a template or software for printing them.
