How to remove company portal without having access to company account anymore

Hi , I have left my organization and joined a new company. I am trying to remove company portal from my android phone , I dont have access to my old organization anymore , How to remove the company portal in this case ? Each time it is asking to login when i am opening company portal.

Hi, this will work for iPhone Users to remove their email account from the Microsoft Company Portal app.

Setting>General>VPN & Device Management

Remove the account from there

Once you remove it, add your new company email account in the 365 apps or Outlook. Also, when you add a new account, it will ask you to remove the old email.

For samsung android phone, what worked for me is to go to settings, then to work profile. Under work profile at the bottom part, there's an option to remove work profile. So I removed it from there and solved the problem.

Had a same issue, using an android LG phone. In settings -- Search for "Phone Administrators" . turn off InTunes As Administrator. Then go ahead and Delete the Company portal. Hope that works

Hi , I think I have applied below solution and it helped and worked.
Microsoft intune company portal is a device admin app in your android phone . So i went to below location in my phone and turned off it in device Admin.
Settings>Privacy Protection>Special Permission>Device Admin Apps
After that remove your email or uninstall company portal and outlook.
This step will help to remove your device with your previously linked company and you will able to connect to your new company.

If the uninstall option is still unavailable post "Turn off it in device Admin", you can restart your phone. It will work!

This does not work. There is no option to remove your companies management profile. They wouldn’t put this there in the first place to monitor employees if the employees could just click three buttons and entirely remove their control. Probably either have to factory reset and that more than likely won’t even work. Responsible employer would recognize that their employee is leaving and IT dept will ensure the management and security profile is wiped. However, I doubt this happens all that often. I’m pretty frustrated that I can’t remove it from the phone and it takes up a bunch of resources constantly. It’s such horseshit.

yea, same here - this didn't work for my either on iphone. I deleted all the company portal apps, and even signed into my own personal MS account. deleted the profile, under VPN as directed by my old company, but still nothing!!

Does anyone have a solution for IO device to stop this insane reminders?

To remove the company portal on Android, you can try the methods in the following link:

Note： Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

If you want to unenroll your device from the previous organization, and now you account is not available. the only method I can think is that you need to contact your Intune admin in the old company to remove the device in Intune portal.
