How do i unlock the letters on the keyboard

i cannot type on my keyboard. i held a letter on the keyboard down too long and the whole keyboard is locked. it takes too long too type

    You have probably invoked one of the Accessibility Options. Go to the Windows Control Panel, select Accessibility Options, and disable not only all of the options but also the keyboard shortcuts that turn them on. For more, see http://www.microsoft.com/enable/products/windowsxp/default.aspx.
