How to change the interface of MS Office 2007 from Russian to English in Windows 7?

I've installed my licensed MS Office 2007 in my new laptop which is on Windows 7. Now my MS Office products' interface are all in Russian. I tried to uninstall and install it again, but there is no any option for which language I would like to my MS Office to be installed, and it keeps installing the Russian version all the time as a default language. When I installed it on my old laptop, which is on Windows XP, it allowed me to do it in English.

I searched for help on the Internet, where it is suggested to change language following instructions below:

1. Click the "Start" button, "All Programs," "Microsoft Office," "Microsoft Office Tools" and finally "Microsoft Office Language Settings."
2. Click "English (United States)" from the list of "Available editing languages" and click "Add."
3. Click "Russian (Russia)" from the list of "Enabled editing languages" and click "Remove." This is optional and only necessary if you want to remove the Russian language from Microsoft Office.
4. Click the drop-down menu in the "Primary editing language" section and select "English (United States)."
5. Click "OK."

I tried every possible ways, but the interface still in Russian.

Could somebody help me please. I am used to English interface, so it is very hard to work with Russian version.
