How do I set up Publisher to edit a half legal page format?

have used MS Publisher for my book publishing for many years, using book publishers as well as printing them myself using a laser printer.  Books I send to a publisher I just submit in .pdf form and the publisher does the rest.  I have been printing short run booklets using the 1/2 letter booklet (5.5 x 8.5) format for many years.  I want to do a booklet using legal size paper, which would make the pages 8.5 x 7.  I can not figure out how to set that up in Microsoft Publisher.

In addition to Geoffrey's answer you might try:

File > New > Blank Page Sizes > scroll down to Booklets > Create Custom Page Size > Name: 14 X 8.5, Width: 7 inches, Height 8.5.

This way you will have a blank template for future use.

    Try:

    >File >Page Setup >Special Size  . . . then fill up the details of your required size.

I tried this process but my booklet file is not giving me a create custom page size. I only see that option Standard. Do I create the booklet there?
