We purchased Microsoft Office 2010 Home and Business. We have the PKC license.

Where do we download the software from.

    From your description, I understand that you want to know from where to download the Office installation for product key card license.

    To download the Office installation source for product key card license type, do the following and see if it helps:

    1. Locate your 25-character Product Key. You must have a valid Office 2010 Product Key to install and activate your downloaded software.
    2. Return to www.office.com/productkeycard.
    3. Click download.
    4. Follow the steps online to download and install Office 2010.

    If your key is verified, download/save before running the installation, and this time copy the installation file to external media

    Thank you, fixed my problem too after updating to 8.1  Didn't realize that my office would be one of the many programs to reinstall.  Couldn't find my original download and it didn't show in office store.  Still had my key and purchase order
