I have windows 8 and want to download microsoft word 2003 for free and outlook express for free. how do I do that?

Outlook Express is not compatible with Windows 8 - it's a Windows XP product.

According to Microsoft Office 2003 is not compatible with Windows 8 either, though some users seem to have managed to install it.

Neither product is available for legal download. No Office product has ever been 'free'.

If you have the installation file and product key, then YES you can install Office 2003. I don't remember ever seeing an outlook express installation file. I think it is OEM only.
