I need to download Microsoft Outlook 2008 for Mac in order to access my contacts. My office only supports PC's and says I need to download this first before they can help me. I cannot seem to find the download anywhere. I only see downloads for 2011 and older updates for 2008 but not the actual software. Any idea where to find this?

There is no "Outlook 2008". At one time there was a Mac version of Outlook Express, but that was discontinued quite some time ago.
Outlook was not available for Mac prior to Office Home & Business 2011 & AFAIK is not available as a standalone package.
