How do I copy a Visio 2013 drawing and its background?

I can't find the Copy Picture button or work out how to put one on the Ribbon.

Can anyone help?

    If you do not have any shapes selected on the foreground page, you right click on the page, and select "Copy", the background shapes will get copied also - you should be (for e.g.) able to paste it in PowerPoint.

    If this does not work for you, what is your scenario? Where are you trying to Paste?

    Home -> SaveAs

    and select a graphics format like GIF or PNG. You can then copy and paste this into whatever you want.

    Hi Sharad,

    This works for copying the backgrounds along with the drawing. However, this doesn't work while I try to copy the border and the drawing. Could you please help? Thank you.

    Thanks Sharad.

    It works.  Do you have a list of other undocumented features that you could send me?

    Pity about the disappearance of the old "Copy Drawing"  function and the "Edit Menu".

    Any idea how I can put them back?
