I have one portable computer with Intel Core I7-7500U. The Windows version is 21H2. Your litle aplication to verify if it is possible to upgrade says the processor is not supported. But in your page , list, of supported processors apears the I7-7500U.
What is the problem?
I have one Asus UX360U notebook.

I believe you have checked the list of supported processors for Windows 10 and not Windows 11.
Your processor is not in the list of supported processors for the Windows 11.

Most computers that can run Windows 10 can run Windows 11.

Upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11 can be performed in a supported or unsupported fashion.

The unsupported upgrades may not benefit from the improvements in performance, reliability, or security.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I7-7500U processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft.

Please check with official Windows 11 list of supported processors:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

You can drop a feedback to Microsoft about this, using Feedback hub app.

    Regards.
