Excel Payroll Formula ~ 3 Criteria Summed Every Pay Period

Hello, I am trying to generate an Excel spreadsheet that will perform multiple payroll functions.  I understand that I may need to manually input the payroll salaries every pay period.  But, would love to have a formula that does this for me since I have the actual 27 payrolls in the corresponding cells next to the actual payroll salary for that pay period.  The bi-weekly payroll table also has 22 employee names.  Each employee name is listed one time at the top of the payroll table.  Thus, every 32 rows or so I have an employee's name (e.g., Doe, John) in a cell (e.g. A3) and the 27 pay periods in cells B4 to B31.  In cell C3 is the corresponding payroll for that employee for that pay period.  In cell D3 is an account code (e.g., 1111), in cell D3 is another activity code (e.g., 2222), and so on for a total of 10 account codes.  The employee is paid each pay period for working in one of the account codes.

I have another spreadsheet in the same workbook that has the 10 account codes listed in Columns A3 to A11.  I have the 12 months listed across the top of the spreadsheet, from Oct to Sep (B2 to M2).  Here's the question?

How do I capture the total payroll dollars (for all employees) every pay period by Account Code? Snippets of both charts are below.  I appreciate any assistance, and thank you for taking time to help me.  Respectfully, JWS Jr.
