I had to replace my laptop hard-drive and now need to reinstall MS Office 2010 Home and Student 64-bit.  I simply want to re-download 2010 (I have an activation key for 2010), but can only find download links for Office 2013 and I don't want/need to upgrade at this time.  Any assistance in locating an Office 2010 download link is appreciated.

Here are some more links you can try.

    2010 Full Download

This site has direct download links to Digital River for most Office 2010 installation file, Office bundles and standalone programs. You may have to scroll down to find your language. Office 2013 Professional Plus / Office 2013 Language Pack / Project 2013 Professional / Visio 2013 Professional**http://www.heidoc.net/joomla/technology-science/microsoft/18-office-2010-direct-download-links******

NOTE: if you do not have the installation file on an “official” MS installation disk, download and save it to your HD. Then you should burn it to one or more DVDs for future use. And at the same time, write down the product key on the DVD. You need both items for future installations, say after your computer crashes and you have re-installed windows. At that point you won’t be able to extract it from the registry and won’t remember where the online account is.

    • Download Office 2010 Installation Backup. You will need your original Product Key, such as one from a Product Key Card.
    • This site is also used if you took advantage of the “Office 2010 Technology Guarantee”, the free “upgrade” offer from 2007 to 2010 for people who bought Office 2007 in the months shortly before 2010 was released.  Although the program expired long ago, this site still provides you access to the product key you were issued and the online download you originally used. See the instructions on this : http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/tech-guarantee/

Direct downloads from Digital River of Trials (you need to have the Product Key already)

    Short form:

You run the appropriate installer program and submit the 25 character product key when prompted to activate.

    Longer form

If you don't have the installer file you can use the product key to download it from this link:

    https://products.office.com/en-us/download-back-up-restore-microsoft-office-products   365 / 2016 / 2013 / 2010 / 2007 (you may have to scroll down)

If you do not have the product key, but still have a computer that the bundle was running on before that has NOT had Windows "reinstalled" or "refreshed" or "reset", then we can give you links to tools that can extract the 2010 and earlier, but NOT 2013 or 2016 (MS "improved" them), product key.

    OK try this:  http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/office2010/X17-75161.exe

Should be Office 2010 Single Image Installation 64 bit w/SP1 USA English.  Will take PKs for H&S, H&B, and Pro and install the correct product based on the product key.

Thank you for this information; however, it doesn't work for my product key.  Is this link for the complete MS Office 2010 version or the MS Office Home and Student version?  My key is only for the Home and Student version, and  I am must wondering is this is my problem.
