How do I convert a PDF file to Publisher?

I made a Publisher file, which I accidentally deleted.  I did save it as a PDF.  Is it possible to convert the PDF into Publisher format?  If so, how?

    You could create a screenshot of the .PDF and insert it

    into Publisher as a Picture but unfortunately there is no

    way to convert the .PDF back into an editable .PUB file.
