    Word for Mac doesn't use the same device. As Rich indicated, the Style pane of the Toolbox is very much a combination of the Apply Styles pane & the Styles pane produced when you click the Styles button contained in it.

    Additionally, there is a Styles dropdown list at the left end of the Formatting Toolbar.

    I think the closest you will get to that is ToggleOfficeToolBox, which is listed in the All Commands category of Tools > Customize Keyboard.

    It does not have a default custom keystroke but I assigned Cmd-Option-T that was available on my system.

    There is also an existing button for this dialog on your Home tab of the Ribbon in the Styles group, lower right corner.
