formula for gender in excel

Can anyone tell me the fromula to calculate gender in a spreadsheet ?

Male , Female  want to know how many of each

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For home | Windows

    Hi,

    Create a Pivot Table.  Drag the column to the Row labels and once again to the Value area.
