Where is the Clip Art and Media site?

I can no longer locate the clip art on the Microsoft site. I can find references on the Microsoft help pages to the "Clip Art and Media site," but no instructions on how to get there. Does this mythical Clip Art and Media site exist or is the clip art simply gone? (And if it is gone, why don't they just say that?) Thanks. - Tammy

Apparently there was a recent change to the clip art

site and now you must access the files from within

your office programs or by searching online.

For example...if you are using Word 2007...

    try the following steps...

    Go to...Insert / Clip Art

(Publisher 2007 is the same but you have to

    go to...Insert / Picture / Clip Art)

In the Clip Art pane on the right of the screen

Enter your search word in the "Search For" field

    "Search In" / All Collections

"Results Should Be" All media file types

The files will appear in the clip art panel of your app

Find Images Where You Need Them

Thanks. I can use the British or Canadian site - the US site looked just like those sites and was available up to about a month ago. I have no idea what happened to it but it appears to be gone.

Not sure what happened to the U.S. site, but you could try the Great Britain site which still allows you to search for clipart:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/images/

    as does the Canada site:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/images/

    Excellent info...thanks for the links.

Or you can find "royalty free" images at sites like this:
