I use MS Office Picture Manager on my home computer with Office 2003. I would like to try using it at the parochial school where I help, but they have Office 2000. How can I download Picture Manager?

Microsoft Office 2000 does not have picture manager as there is no Office tool installed with the suite. It has an older version of the same called Microsoft Photo Editor.

There is no standalone version of Microsoft Office Picture Manager. It’s always a part of any suite of Office.

Consider moving on to superior third party image editors such as irfanview, paint.net, faststone, etc. All these plus more are free. Just google or go to www.filehippo.com to download.
