My mac keeps switching between screens!!! automatically:/

Im working on a school paper in which i am using several word document, the problem is that i often have one document i screen 1, one in screen 2 and one in screen 3, and then my mac will after its own choice keep jumping from screen one to screen two whenever i am not doing anything with the document. which is pretty annoying when I'm trying to read through my paper.

Does anyone have a clue to why this happens, is it some options i can change?

Use four fingers swipe up. Now you see the windows you have. Choose the two and swap their places. If to no prevail. Move the applications in that window, to another one, or a new one.

Hey anjafossfjell,

I believe that is a Mac feature to help you keep for your work organized. Here is a thread in the apple community to help you get started if you need more help.

If you want to double check, you can toggle the settings and see if that is the route issue.

Click Apple menu from top left of your screen > Select System Preferences > in Personal Tab select Expose & Spaces > Deselect the check box that says Enable Spaces.

Dear Anjafossjell,

I have been experiencing the exact same thing as you. My Mac switches from two screens and I am not touching anything. I cannot get work completed because the screens just keep switching very fast.

Where you able to find out anything on your issue? What was the fix...if any?
