Where is the Letter wizard in Word 2013?

My instructor showed us today how to use the letter wizard, but I can't seem to find it in Word 2013?

    When you say Letter wizard do you actually mean letter TEMPLATE?

    What version was your instructor using? Word hasn't included wizards for several versions now.
