The latest thing I can do to help you and Steve to distinguish from different errors is related to this PPTools post:

    http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00031\_Create\_an\_ADD-IN\_with\_TOOLBARS\_that\_run\_macros.htm

I'm able to create macro, save as .ppa file, load it, click on the new button and see the test. However after restart PowerPoint the crash appears again and ask me to disable the file .ppa created.

So VBA works well and it could be that the trouble is strictly connected to loading data when starting PowerPoint.

Steve will be in bed right now so:

There have been several reports that Kaspersky kills most addins. People have also said that even uninstalling doesn't help!!!  There's a thread on this in the community.

    Thank you for your answers.

I have Windows 7 (x32) with Office 2013 and Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 installed.

As final solution I've tried to unistall it but the problem still remains and before I've not seen any restriction rule on Kaspersky applications blocked report.

As John mentions, it's always best to contact the author of software directly rather than asking about it here.  But as John mentions, Steve (me) will probably reply here too.

Do you have Kaspersky security software?  If so, that's probably your problem.  You might try reporting it to Kaspersky as well (though they don't seem to care).

Did you try asking the vendor?? Steve will probably see this as he posts here but direct contact is the best bet really.
