I need to save a confirmation message from Internet to USB drive using WIndows XP

    Are you using a screen shot or something else.

    How are you doing the Screen capture. The simplest method is use <Print Screen> button. The process would be:

    Open Word

    Bring the page you want to capture on screen

    Press Print Screen

    Switch to Word

    Use <CTL><V> to paste the image into Word

    Save the document to your USB drive.

    Another option is simply do a File Save AS from your browser to save the whole page.

    Another option is to add the "Camera Tool" to excel, and use it to do a screen capture that you paste into Word or Excel

    How is this in any way related to office 2007, i guess you should check the windows xp section.
