Editing letterhead in Word resume templates

I have a subscription for Office 365 on my Mac. All the resume templates that came with Word have my name, address and email in the letterhead. I did not fill this information in, it seems to have appeared there automatically.

The problem is I can't edit the letterhead at all. Every other part of the template can be edited. But If I want to change any part of the letterhead, like the font, or my contact info I can't alter any of this information. It is set in stone!  I didn't put it there, so how did it get there in the first place?

I hope someone can help me out of this problem.

Thanks

    Dumb question alert!

Did you double click on the Header so it becomes active, before try?

I'm having the same issue with office 365 for mac. I checked headers already, assuming that is what it was. No luck finding any info on the net either :(
