HELP: Can't manually adjust page breaks on page break preview screen HELP

I have enabled the drop & drag feature already, so that's not the problem.  I recently switched from excel 2003 to excel 2010 and every time I go to print something and try to adjust my page breaks on page break preview, it makes the worksheet 14+ pages long when it should be 1.  I've tried the scale to fit and for some reason it keeps going back to 10%...I print a lot at work and I can't right now because I can't manually adjust my page breaks - PLEASE let me know how to do this!

Hi, highlight the range to be printed, then go to page layout, print area, set print area, then print it

I have the very same issue and nothing I have tried

    • copy / paste into new document
    • creating a whole new document
    • updating print driver
    • changing margins
    • changing page set up

    has worked.  Very, very frustrating.

You may reset page breaks in the Excel file.

Try to Copy/paste only the data range to new sheet and then check if it helps may be it is using last used cell in the worksheet.
