request for permentantly delete my payment method and azure account

i m trying to remove to my card in so many attempts, but it can not be deleted.so i m not using any kind of service of you.i m scared money will be deducted if my card added in it.

    Hi shwetachandurkar,
    You will have to open a support ticket by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the Azure portal and selecting "Help & Support" > Create a Support Request.
    If you owe anything on your Azure subscription you'll be asked to pay that off first, then the support team should be able to help you remove your subscription and/or delete the Azure tenant.
